Seeking female roommate. One bedroom available in three bedroom/two bath house. We are looking for a new roommate to move in starting December 1 on a month-to-month lease. My roommate and I are in our 20s, both women, and work full time. If the ad is up, the room is still available. Rent is $534 plus $150-$250/month in utilities when we have 3 people. It includes access to off street parking, furnished living room, furnished kitchen, limited basement storage, washer/dryer, and in-room air conditioning unit. Room is a little small but has lots of storage and sole access to a huge halfway closet right next to it. The stairwell has a curve in it, so only a full size bed or smaller will fit (no box spring) and large dressers may be an issue. You must be okay with cats since there is one living there at the moment, but no more pets are allowed per Landlord's wishes. By car we are 5 minutes from SoNo mall, 6 minutes from downtown SoNo, 7 minutes from a commuter rail station and ~1 hr from NYC via Metro North. House is located across the street from Norwalk Hospital, friendly neighborhood.
