Tri-Art Audio TA-1 Turntable for sale in Norwalk, CT
Up for sale is a Tri-Art Pebbles (p-series) TA-1 Bamboo Hi Fi belt drive turntable made in Canada. This is a very rare table that sounds and looks incredibly special. The construction uses a mix of machined solid aluminum and bamboo wood throughout both the plinth and the unipivot arm. The wood is not veneer, it is solid bamboo throughout. The plinth has some minor cosmetic marks, but nothing that would be visible from a few feet away. Otherwise the cosmetic condition is like new. It comes with a brand new Ortofon 2M red cartridge. I decided to keep the cart that I was running on this table previously, but also wanted to be able to sell this as a working unit, so I sourced a brand new 2M red. It only has a few test and tune hours on it. It's not even fully broken in yet. The sale also comes with a number of parts and accessories including a straight arm, acrylic platter, matching 45 adapter, spare belt, extra lubrication grease for the bearing, and the original box. Retail price for this package brand new was over $1,500, so I feel that this is a reasonable asking price, but I will consider offers. Free US Shipping.
