Account Executive

Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the execution of Inspira's client campaigns with the assigned client service team. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, client communication, Internet research, copyediting, crafting program materials, and general office and client service.

Other tasks may include negotiating event sponsorships, completing permit application and writing campaign timelines, budget tracking and allocations, developing databases, writing training manuals or other client materials.

The Account Executive reports directly to the client Supervisor/Director that leads his/her assigned team, but may also be assigned tasks by other members of the team or by Inspira's President or Vice President. Account Executives oversee Account Coordinators and Assistants or interns assigned to their team.

As with all members of the Inspira team, Account Executives must follow the policies
described in the Inspira employee handbook, attend all internal meetings, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while working to instill a positive work environment at the firm.

A successful Account Executive shows proficiency in completing the following activities.

Internal Relationships
o Proactively contribute ideas to projects and lead effective brainstorming sessions
o Regularly makes recommendations to project lead on how to improve a project
o Field Supervision/Management: Collaborate with Client Services Director to create training materials and to execute training program ?
o Provides consistent coordination, leadership, and communication to Field staff to ensure maximum performance?
o Reviews and approves expense reports, schedules, and the individual performance of field staff
o Work with project/team lead to effectively complete scope of work so that it is top quality but also within the terms of the contract
o Seeks help from client Director or team lead if overall workload exceeds ability and work with team to determine solution
o Attend classes or trainings and present summary to staff
o Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently
contribute to a positive work environment.
o Manages the logistical coordination of all program elements including: merchandise, supplies, vehicles, schedules, and hiring and training of field personnel.
o Identifies potential threats and proactively outlines necessary solutions

External Relationships
o Proactively communicates with clients to provide with daily/weekly program updates, schedules, and contact reports ?
o Acts as a Liaison between the client and Inspira graphic design team and production vendors to align client expectations and ensure that client goals are effectively translated and executed. ?
o Manages client expectations while identifying and resolving potential conflicts.?
o Collects, organizes and analyzes program data and develops program recap that is presented to the client. ?
o Proactively identifies and presents opportunities for further business development with existing clients.
o Creates and manages the profitability of specified budget parameters ?
oIdentifies strategies to maximize cost efficiency for every aspect of the program

Communication and Process
o Craft client documents that, with minimal edits by account lead, can be forwarded to client
o Take notes at planning meetings that project lead can turn into outline for marketing plan
o Create PowerPoint presentations according to Inspira guidelines
o Represent Inspira at industry or skill specific meetings or conferences
o Understand basics of writing skills and develop case studies
o Craft program reports that can be included in communications plans
o Create work plans and timelines
o Consistently meet project deadlines as set by team lead
o Other duties as assigned.


Financial and Administrative
o Works with Senior Program Manager and Client Services Director to manage campaign timeline, budget allocation and client expectations
o Submit expense reimbursement forms as appropriate
o Submit vacation/leave requests as appropriate

Other
o Upholds, adheres to and shapes Inspira's guidelines, policies, and procedures?
o Contributes to a positive work environment by leading by example and serves as a mentor to AE's, AC's and AA's
oMaintains an in-depth knowledge of the industry of experiential marketing, advertising and PR

Qualifications/Required Skills
o
Experience: minimum 5 years of experiential marketing or promotional marketing experience and maintaining deadlines
o Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field

Other qualifications include:
o Knowledge of current events
o Excellent writing, copy/editing skills and general communications skills
o Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently
o High level of detail-orientation, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o Expertise in using MS Office software, Macintosh and Internet research tools
o A demonstrated interest in experiential and WOM marketing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
