Associate Marketing Manager

Looking for a bright, articulate, proactive Associate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development team. The resale brand sells through a national network of more than 5,500 print and promotional products distributors.

Help drive aggressive sales growth goals of 5 - 20% per year for the next five years by:
o Increasing the size of our distributor network
o Increasing the value of each distributor account
o Driving multiple tasks across brands on-time and on budget
Build strength through modern relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work lock step with the Sales and Marketing leadership teams to define sales goals and the most impactful strategies for achieving sales growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy and action plans. Strategic elements will include:
o Positioning and go-to-market strategy
o Sales promotion and marketing communications strategy
o Pricing strategy
Coordinate with internal and external planners, designers and coordinators to tactically execute programs and campaigns that support sales growth. Programs include: customer communications, franchise campaigns, catalog development, trade shows, PR, ads, product sample program, sponsorships, distributor education, customer loyalty program and more. Measure and report results, and adjust plans as needed for future success. Work across departments and team to ensure a high-performing team.
Maximize sales through the brands? ecommerce channels. Develop and lead the newly initiated digital and social strategy with an external agency to continually enhance the online customer experience to drive sales and brand engagement. Use analytics and other tools to test and measure the effectiveness of content, navigation, and offers.
Gather customer insights to measure brand strength, customer satisfaction and program efficacy. Use insights to identify opportunities and shape plans.
Manage annual budgets to support the marketing plans.
Manage the brand?s positioning in the marketplace to maximize growth opportunities and reduce cannibalism of sister brands.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
