Senior Customer Service Representative
Fast-growing finance company in Norwalk, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced senior customer service representative. This person will join a team with a decisive mission - to deliver outstanding, unparalleled customer service to our business partners we count on to sustain and grow our organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance and/or banking industry. Strong communication skills are a must along with the ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-energy, growth-oriented environment. An understanding of lease and loan products is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Working collaboratively with other customer service managers to create a results-oriented team that prides itself in the delivery of exceptional service and in meeting service goals, metrics, and service-level-agreements
Possessing a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive can-do attitude
Managing multiple tasks and exceeding our customers service expectations
Providing assistance to our partners and customers, answering questions and solving issues in a timely manner
Continually striving to improve customer service satisfaction and provide active feedback to the team leader
Assist in developing metrics to measure and continually improve customer service levels
Managing multiple partner relationships and the related transactions
Managing the on-boarding of new customers and ensuring transactions are completed within designated SLAs
Requirements:
Four year college degree in accounting or finance preferredProven excellence in providing impeccable customer service
An ability to adjust behavior accordingly to manage different personality types to yield optimal outcomes
Proven teamwork skills and the ability to excite and motivate other customer service teammates
Understanding of financing products preferred
Minimum of 5 years in a customer service environment
