About the Team
Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our Residence Inn Norwalk located in beautiful downtown Norwalk. This 102-room modern Residence Inn is just a short walking distance from the trendy SoNo, which is filled with many dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities for our guests.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
- Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
- Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Previous guest relations and/or training.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
