Previous Experience as a Concierge preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Must have experience working with and be sensitive to the needs of elders or disabled individuals Experience in customer/guest services position where face to face interactions with customer were required strongly preferred.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain Knowledge of service offerings and health care services, products and processes Display a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all residents/ visitors as well as answer telephone calls in friendly and professional manner.
Be Familiar with the resident's family members and schedules.
Be familiar with basics on Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial insurances.
Will be on the weekend admission coverage rotation.
Ensure the highest quality of customer service for the residents and families by being the overall customer service host.
Will promote a caring and compassionate atmosphere recognizing the residents/visitors needs and rights.
Provide discharging residents a satisfaction survey.
Introduce yourself to new admits as theirs go to person.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
