What You'll Do as a Billing Analyst:
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze billing data and resolve partner inquiries across various communication channels promptly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve billing issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
Support past due collections efforts through effective partner communication and negotiation.
Maintain accurate records of all billing and collections activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the billing process and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely response and resolution of billing inquiries, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Conduct account reconciliations and manage multi-currency accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to identify discrepancies and drive resolution.
What We Are Looking For in an Billing Analyst:
A motivated and energetic individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles and advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Degree in accounting, finance, or other business related field is ideal (will consider non-degreed candidates with relevant experience)Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
