Skybox Collectibles is in position to become an industry leader in the trading card business.
We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager that has a sports background to promote our business to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.
This role will be responsible for achieving superior customer engagement, website traffic, and increased revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
This position involves interacting with customers and providing entertaining marketing content through live streams.
The candidates should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it engages the people that follow those channels.
The role is responsible for seeking out and participating in relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and promoting the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
Job ResponsibilitiesCreate an effective social media strategy through competitive research, platform analysis, benchmarking, and audience identification.
Generate and publish daily content (original text, images, or videos) that encourages community members to seek out our company and products.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to maximize exposure in a timely fashion.
Continue to improve results by analyzing the social data & metrics, insights, and best practices, and then act appropriately on the information.
Collaborate with other departments to manage the brand, identify key players and coordinate actions for the benefit of the company.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in business related social media marketing or as a Social Media Manager.
Proven experience managing platforms, creating and editing content, report generation, content auditing and analysis, researching trends to develop results.
Ability to make quality and exciting camera-facing videos to drive sales.
Innovative and creative approach to content creation and customer engagement techniques.
Positive attitude and self-motivated with a competitive nature to succeed.
Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing (or similar field) or demonstrated required experience.
