Primary Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:
Shadow top-leading sales executives and work closely with our senior account managers to gain complete clarity of our client's campaign strategies, KPI's, products, services, and promotionsOutreach and educate consumers on the benefits of our client's products and services through live presentations to assist our marketing and sales team in achieving daily sales goalsServe as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with the customer directly Partake in all in-person meetings and virtual conferences regarding our client's expansion to retain fresh product knowledge and maintain complianceWork cross-functionally with our fellow account management, marketing, sales, and customer service team to create and implement a more effective, competitive marketing strategy Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication Sales Associate Skills Preferred:
