Compensation includes:
base salary

Role Overview:
As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our services.
Qualification:
Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients, qualifying leads based on fit and readiness to engage with our company.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and coordinating meetings with clients to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and position our company effectively in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.
