The Intensive Care Unit Nurse will join an elite team in this non-profit organization that received 6 Women's Choice Awards for excellence! The ICU Nurse will report to the Manager of Critical Care and be responsible for care of the critically ill adult population.
The Critical Care Nurse will coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and following all established standards of practicewithin State and Federal guidelines.
Provide supervision of non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staffon assigned unit.
Supervise unit activities when assigned to charge or clinical coordinator role.
Act as preceptor tonew staff and/or students as requested.
