Senior FPGA Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated FPGA Engineer to join our client's dynamic team.
FPGA Firmware Engineer will work with a team of specialists who will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting electronics boards or sub-systems.
The engineer will be responsible for the definition, design, verification, and documentation of FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Arrays).
They will provide RTL design, simulation, physical implementation and verification of complex FPGA modules
Qualifications:
Education and experienceo BS Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

years relevant design experience.
o Required technical skills.
o Highly proficient use and understanding of FPGA engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
o Highly proficient in FPGA design languages and tools including VHDL and UVM or OSVVM (Altera High-Level Synthesis is preferred).
o Experience with FPGA development software- (Modelsim, Quartus, Mentor CDC is preferred).
o Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
o Experience with FPGA SoC, including Avalon and AXI architectures.
o Experience with architecting and implementing embedded processors including NIOS.
o Proficient in implementing IP blocks based on interface requirements and designing the required interface logic to overall FPGA architecture.
o Expertise using VHDL for implementation and verification of FPGA designs.
o Basic knowledge of signal algorithms.
o Knowledge/hands-on experience with software/technical tools.
o VHDL, System Verilog, UVM.
o Questa Sim, Modelsim, Quartus.
o GIT, JIRA.
o MATLAB and Simulink.
o Electronic Laboratory Equipment.
o LabVIEW.
o Python.
