Why This Job's a Big DealPriceline is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Lead Product Manager, FinTech to lead the product strategy, development, and execution of our FinTech products across all product lines, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and packages.
You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, create detailed product plans, and ensure the successful delivery and launch of Finance product work-streams and FinTech products that provide value to both our customers and internal teams.
You are highly innovative, able to craft and communicate a compelling vision, define products, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In This Role You Will Get To Lead product development initiatives applying user and competitive research, business case development, scoping, and all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage product backlogs for multiple cross-functional FinTech product teams.
Define success metrics for new projects and track daily performance for existing products to ensure the team is moving towards defined goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including Technology, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Hotel, Flights and Rental Car to gather requirements and develop a comprehensive product strategy and vision for all FinTech related product work-streams and new FinTech products.
Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
Assist in leading the prioritization of new features and bugs.
Serve as SME on product trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the FinTech space, leveraging insights to advise product strategy and fuel innovation.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the Finance Technology team and throughout the organization.
Who You Are 7
years of consumer-facing internet product management experience, preferably in defining and driving consumer facing products.
Strong analytical abilities.
Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues.
An understanding of the travel landscape and experience with financial reporting and/or accounting standards.
Solid understanding of reconciliation, accounting, and financial systems, with experience in implementing and integrating software solutions is a bonus.
Intellectual curiosity to research, learn, and apply industry knowledge.
A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction.
Comfortable with managing multiple projects concurrently.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Experience working in travel or a financial technology firm is ideal.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $145,000- $170,000K USD.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
