Modern office setting Relaxed atmosphere Casual work attire On-the-job training Safe work environment Duties - Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and probate court petitions - Assist attorneys in organizing and maintaining case files - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys - Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner - Manage document management systems and ensure all files are properly organized - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and billing Qualifications - Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal communication skills - Familiarity with billing systems - Knowledge of clerical procedures and data entry - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - High attention to detail and accuracy in work Note:
A degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
