Summary:
To facilitate patient entry and maintain efficient patient flow.
Ensure proper scheduling of both inpatients and outpatients, provide clear instructions to patients and ordering physicians.
Assure proper charging of exams.
Obtain all necessary insurance and documentation to ensure Medicare compliance and third party reimbursement.
Assist patients when they arrive for exams, assist doctors at reception and film library and performing general film library duties.

Required:
High school graduate, additional post high school, collage or secretarial school education preferred.
prior clerical/administrative experience in a high volume customer service oriented office environment is preferred.
