The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting showings, drawing up leases, scheduling appointments, handling tenant inquiries, and assisting with marketing efforts.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Conducting Showings:
Meet and showcase properties to potential renters, providing information about available properties, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
2.
Lease Administration:
Draft and review lease agreements, ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented and adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
3.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings, inspections, and meetings with potential and existing tenants.
4.
Tenant Inquiry Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential tenants regarding property availability, rental terms, and other relevant information.
5.
Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for properties, such as creating eye-catching listings, designing promotional materials, and managing online platforms.
6.
Computer Skills:
Proficiently navigate various computer software programs, including property management systems, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and any other software specific to the company's operations.
Requirements:
- Cheerful and high-energy demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable working with various software programs and databases.
- Experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with property management processes and leasing procedures would be advantageous.
- Prior marketing experience and design skills would be a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional relevant certifications or education would be preferred.
