Appleby School Based Health Centers, a program of the Human Services Council, are committed to bringing health care to kids where they are- in the schools.
We are currently looking for an experienced Pediatric/ Family Health APRN to join this unique & well-respected group that makes a difference! The position is responsible for providing primary health care to school aged children who are eligible and enrolled in the School Based Health Center Program located in the Norwalk Public Schools.
This is a part-time 5 days per week position during the school year, September - June.
Per Diem option also available.
Compensation is offered for school vacations, holidays & closings as well as a stipend for health insurance.
Successful candidates must possess a current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license from the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
