PDS Tech is seeking a HR Coordinator for an open position in Norwalk, CT.
Role Summary :
Provide overall HR coordinator support to the business/P&L team.
Responsibilities :
- Key user of all HR systems (Oracle HR, eEMS, eComp, MyOrganization etc)
- Interface with payroll on all HR related transactions and troubleshooting
- Support key HR processes (Staffing, Session C, Compensation planning)
- Screen incoming inquiries from employees
- Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate hiring policies; properly communicate policies and
regulations to the HR organization as required. .
- Help drive process improvements around hiring and on-boarding process; identify and leverage
technology for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in client-wide and business teams driving HR initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor''s degree and/or 5 year relevant work experience as an HR Coordinator and / or HR
support function.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated working experience with Oracle, HR database and Data Warehouse.
- Demonstrated competence with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
